Booking & cancellation policy.

By booking you are agreeing to Sasha Ba Nails booking & cancellation policy, also agreeing you have read and understood all of Sasha Ba Nails policies listed below.

About:

First of all, Sasha Ba nails home based salon and does not offer acrylic or SnS services, and does not remove/modify/alter other salons’ work, so please make sure you come to your appointment with bare nails.

Please do not show up to your booking more than 5 minutes before the scheduled time, as there is no waiting room.

You can book your appointment by following "Appointments available" broadcast channel on instagram and message when suitable appointments became available to altered your appointment just message Sasha Ba Nails in instagram or email.

Please respect my privacy and do not come to my home salon without booking  and do not share my address.

Cancellations/Rescheduling/Alterations:

Cancellations or rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before the scheduled time of your appointment. If rescheduling, your 50% deposit will be carried over to the newly-agreed time. For cancellations, your deposit will be held, but will be redeemable on new bookings made within 6 months of the original time. Please make sure you book all of the services you need via the booking system. Services cannot be added or removed with less than 48 hours notice. Removing services within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full cost of the original booking regardless of whether the work is performed or not.
Cancellations/rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your deposit. No shows will be charged the full price of booked services.

Late Arrivals:

If you think you are running late to your appointment, please notify me by call or message as soon as possible. If you arrive late, some services may need to be altered or shortened. You will still be required to pay the full price of the original services booked. Arriving more than 15 minutes late constitutes a no show and you will be charged the full price of booked services. To avoid disappointment, please arrive on time.

Refunds:

No refunds will be given due to change of mind, buyer's remorse or damage to nails incurred after the appointment. I will ask if you are happy with your nails throughout your appointment to make sure you are satisfied. I will accept no liability for damage or injury to nails from attempts at self-removal of my work.

Repairs:

All repairs within 3 days after the appointment will be made free of charge if it is determined that I am at fault, otherwise you may be charged for repairs. This includes chips, bubbles and nail art/colour corrections.

Children and Friends:

Children under 14 years old are not permitted. Children above 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Please only bring children if they are booked in for services. You can bring no more than 1 friend to your appointment because I cannot accommodate more than 3 people in my studio including myself. Please contact me in advance of your appointment if you wish to bring a friend.

Maintenance:

Ideally, short and medium-length nails should be refreshed every 2-4 weeks to maintain healthy nail plates and good appearance. Long nails should be refreshed every 2-3 weeks. I will discuss the need for follow-up bookings during your appointment.

Refusal of Service:

Sasha Ba Nailsdo not work on nails with fungus/infections/colour or structural pathologies, if you unsure if your nail/toenails have any of these please refer to podiatrist and you will be able to book with a written medical clearance from a doctor. 

I reserve the right to refuse service to any clients who I believe may have a nail infection/fungus or damage. In such cases, I may ask that they obtain a medical certificate before proceeding to book an appointment. I also reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate my policies, including, but not limited to: showing up late, late cancellation, repeated rescheduling/changing appointments, and refusal to pay cancellation/no-show fees.

Other reasons I may refuse service: Client's needs are beyond my skillset Rude or offensive behaviour Intoxication or under the effect of illicit drugs.
